First of all, it indicated the advantages of using this type of social networks as facebook and myspace as a way of making good marketing and wellknown the brands.
Companies like Virgin Atlantic and British Airways realized that many times this social networks can be harmful for their public image.
This is the worst way of advertising for a company because people won’t buy their services. British Airways for example, make to their employers sing a policy where to use internet and name the company need a authorisation
Some specialist of public relations say that is not good this way of advertising for the company.
