This companies have problems with some or their employees because of them saying in this social networks harmful things of the customers and attacking them online , this is the case of British Airways. For this happening all the employees of this company have signed clauses that forbides them to post online things of the company unless the company authorize it.

Also for this reason managers have to verify that the employees respect the rules.

In conclusion its better to make this prevention policy (to control that the employees are respecting rules) than punishing the employees.
