This article is about the risk of the social networks. In it, we can read the cost of this networks in two firms which are British Airlines and Virgin Atlantic. These companies had problems with their staffs because some of them wrote on Facebook bad things about their customers and the safety standards. The bad comments can be damage publicity for the company because it’s not good that staffs invent something, that it’s no real, about the company. Sometimes, the companies, like Virgin Atlantic, know the gossip which their employees say because some of customers complain about it. Everyone can read everything which someone writes in internet because it hasn’t limits of privacy.
Experts think that every companies have to teach to their employees about the risk of this networks, like MySpace and Facebook, and they have to know that they can’t write nothing detrimental to the company. They say that these social networks are used to exchange gossips and inventions.
