1) Ram Charan was born in India in 1939. He is an important advisor and speaker. He got very soon in the business world, when he was a child, he worked in the family shop. He worked in several important companies. He served on the Harvard business school where he earned doctorate degrees, and he won some prices, like the Bell Ringer award.
He wrote different articles and books about his knowledge of business. Some of that are: The Discipline of Getting Things Done and Confronting Reality, What the CEO Wants You to Know and Boards That Deliver. He was elected a Distinguished Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources.

2) Chad Holliday, the Ceo of Duponts, was in japan when the financial crisis began to spread all over the world. When he arrived to the United States, he organized a meeting with the leaders to solve the problem of the company’s cash and to decide what they should do.
The problems were appearing in several places. The economic crisis was extending. The communication whit the employees took several forms. Chad explained to the company’s chief economist and the pension fund manager about the problems and the economic situation. The employees had to say three things to help the company’s cash and reduce cost.
In the first time, things seemed that they were Ok, but Holliday thinks that nobody knows the real situation. The economic crisis was expanding in all over the world, but Duponts is ready to confront it.
